What counts as "1 hour of audio"?
Total duration of audio you upload across all projects in a month. We don't count silence trimming or re-uploads of the same file.
Do I need a credit card to try Echora?
A card is required to start, but your first 3 days are free. Cancel before day 4 and nothing is charged.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from Settings → Billing. Pro-rated changes apply on the next billing cycle.
How do I cancel?
One click from Settings → Billing. Your projects and exports stay accessible until the end of the paid period.
What happens to my files if I cancel?
Audio and exports remain in storage for 30 days after cancellation, then are deleted. You can re-download anything during that window.
